Before leaving he cleaned the area he was working thoroughly. and reviewed what he had serviced. Dana took the time to explain there was part in my heater that was worn, showed me the problem and assured me that he would order the part and be back to fix it properly. He said he would be able to get the parts and have the repair completed within 2 hours after returning. He actually only needed a little over an hour and the repair looks great.
