"The service call went very well. Tyler arrived on time and promptly set to work. He was able to troubleshoot my water heater issue and resolve it as well as performing the air conditioner tune up. "They did a great job repairing/replacing my cast iron sewer pipe in my basement and they replaced my AC unit, and two fixtures in my bathroom, all done in two days. Their quality of work was excellent,they cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions and I highly recommend them."

The office staff is accommodating when needing to schedule service, the communication regarding the arrival time of the tech is spot-on, the the tech clearly explains what he did, next steps (if any), and will even review the systems performance after previous repair/service. "The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. They were very polite and left no mess. I have used Eddie B for several years and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Eddie B."
