"My AC was blowing but not cold. Had McCrea stickers on my unit. Looked up in local phone book and called. Had an appointment 2 days later. Tech (Mario Cieza) called in the specified timeframe, 30 min before arrival. Tech was polite and direct to troubleshooting. I had AC issues 3 years ago and it was a bad compressor capacitor. Mario after troubleshooting diagnosed that the same capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, checked and topped off the coolant, and cleaned the blower exterior. The quoted repair price was reasonable ($237). I was happy with the service response, professionalism and price."

Called in early morning and same day repair work - and Kevin fixed the problem even though the house electricity suddenly cut off halfway through the visit due to the remnants of Hurricane Debby coming through. Our family been with Holtzople since 2008 with the installation and maintenance of two TRANE heat pump units. We have always been extremely happy with Holtzople. Their expertise and knowledge of HVAC operations is superb. But most importantly, from the HVAC techs and Kevin to the front office staff, the people at Holtzople are kind, helpful and genuinely interested in taking care of us. "I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."
