He also did my seasonal maintenance on 2 houses even though he was very busy with the usual summer emergencies. I've used him before and he provides great service and his price is better then most."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
