"I was highly skeptical knowing of the bait-and-switch tactics of some low cost maintenance procedures including THIS duct cleaning service. The technician showed me the mildew in a couple ducts. After cleaning all 12 ducts, he explained and insisted on showing me the damage. I was previously an appliance salesperson and was trained on air conditioning so I understood the issue. He gave me the price for the mediation with no pressure or scare tactics. At that point, I decided to proceed. I knew the dangers of mildew and that it could spread if not stopped. I hate to spend money but know this was a necessary repair. I am recommending this company to my close friends and family who know that I rarely endorse or recommend repair people."

I contacted this company to get estimates for three different projects. We had met with two other professionals who had recommended that our A/C unit was replaced immediately. Weathershield gave us other options. They sent two guys to make an assessment and it turn out to be one the best experiences during my home remodeling project.

John and his partner completed a through assessment of my A/C unit and made recommendations based on what I was requesting. With his assessment and recommendations we were able to save money and still get work done. He explained to us that although our unit was dated it did not need immediate replacement. He recommended that we clean coils and gave us different options for the new vent. He sent additional information via email on AC units including an estimate for a new unit and  our very much needed ceiling insulation.

We decided to hire this company based on our experience with the John and the information he shared with us. Their prices were very reasonable prices when comparing them to the other two companies. They sent Jose and his partner for the new vent and they did a great job. The work was neatly done and the room cools like a the rest of the house. John came to clean our coils. He removed the entire unit and cleaned everything to perfection. Our A/C unit is working fine.

I highly recommend this company based on my experience with the quality of the work performed and most importantly their honesty. From their customer service staff to their technicians this company deserves an A. 

Once we complete some electrical work in the house, we will hire them for the installation of the ceiling insulation.

"Although Chris came well within his appointment window, I was expecting an estimate first, as told over the phone. Instead, Chris went ahead and completed the repair without telling me how much it was going to be up front. Although I did receive an Angie discount , and the ac now works, this feels bitter sweet, as the supervisor/boss on the phone straight up told me it is either this or no AC . In hindsight, I should have asked to put the broken part back, and kept shopping. Specially considering the part itself is around $50...."

"Technician arrived ahead of time after giving me a curtesy call. Listened to my explanation carefully then did a thorough inspection. It was clear after he opened up the outside unit what was wrong. Following repair took the rest of the day, including getting parts, and the unit works fine. I know something if ac units and not one replacement item was unnecessary. I was also given a good discount because coil and compressor were exchanged together. The technician even checked my relays. He did exactly what I wanted and needed ant nothing more. "I'll try to remain as objective as possible by stating the facts. Readers can make their own opinion. I had not done maintenance on my AC unit in a long time. I found a deal on Angie's list for a $99 AC tune up, along with good reviews. I called the company to make an appointment and got a prompt response. A first gentleman showed up, on time, and told me that by looking at the coil I needed a deep cleaning, that was not part of the deal. He told me that it was fairly involving, would take a couple hours and that the total would be $550 for a complete AC maintenance. Ok...fine. My fault, I should have done regular maintenance. The following day, the actual AC tech came. He was in an out in about one hour. He did take the coil out and clean them. I was a bit surprised by the short time he was here so I called the office to share with them my surprise. I was told it was a bit strange and that he probably forgot to do some of the maintenance. Gentleman #1 (Mr Quote) came back, looked at my system and identified that the AC was fine but that I had a leak in the air conduit. He offered to redo the air duct seal around the air handler at no charge. The tech came the following day to perform that part. Overall everyone was courteous, on time."
