For this work we needed to coordinate with the water authority to have the water shut off. Adrian was very accommodating while trying to schedule the shut off. He always returned calls and texts which made coordination easy and did a great job with the plumbing work. Will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs."

My only constructive criticism is that the quote was not itemized (which was ok for me at the time), but that caused an underestimated cost of the glass enclosure to go unnoticed in the budget until the end of the project. We’d made many changes over the course of the project, so were not unprepared for the higher cost of the glass, but I’d have known sooner if the budget had been itemized.
