"Ernie and his team from Metro Boston Plumbing are life savers. After nearly a year of a nightmare bathroom rehab project in which a previous plumber had made numerous mistakes...we found Ernie. He was extremely professional, courteous and most importantly corrected initial rough in mistakes, and finished installing shower fixtures, baseboard heaters and sink in one bath and fixed leaks in second bath. In every step he explained his plan carefully and executed correctly. I only wish we had found him sooner."

"Had just entered my request when the phone rang (11:30 am or so..) plumber came, fixed, and was gone by 3:30 pm. No problems since. Thanks Service Magic! We've used you many times now and always get good people."

"Found on a Tuesday morning that our oven had stopped working. Called Al, and he and Marlo came out that afternoon. The faulty part (igniter) was diagnosed and replaced, and the appliance confirmed to work. Friendly, professional, and in and out within an hour. Would highly recommend."

"On time, Knows his job well. Replaced my old toilet"

"The technician was friendly and professional explaining the problem and how he fixed it. I thought the cost for parts and labor was quite reasonable."
