"Was looking for a plumber to replace a leaking water heater. All the plumbers I talked to had to have someone come for a estimate and then someone to replace the water heater in a day or two. Robert came 20 minutes after I talked to him, installed the heater the same day and the install was top notch. I will be calling him again for some other plumbing issues I need fixed .If you need a fast ,dependable plumber, call Robert"

"Dan did a replacement/upgrade of our shower fixtures AND an undercounter instant hot water install. He was prompt, courteous and went above/beyond to make sure were were happy with the results. We would DEFINITELY hire him again."

"Installed a FLO by Morn. Did a great job! Thorough and Professional!"

"Replacement was urged by technician after routine inspection of heating system. Water heater wasn't part of the service but, tech checked it anyway. Nice enough of him to do that. After showing me his concern (legitimate) I asked for a quote to replace. Outrageously expensive considering cost of materials. Later learned techs are incentivized to sell service and parts. Dropped them as my go to plumbing and heating guys. Water heater still working 3years after urgent replacement was quoted"

"When our existing water tank started to falter we knew we needed to upgrade. Derry Plumbing and Heating installed a phenomenal tankless system for our 3800+ sq foot home and we never had a reason to complain. Our energy costs went down and we always had hot water for our family of 5 and numerous guests."

"I lost hot water, had a technician at the house, who replaced the circulator. Then hot water stopped working 2.5 days later, another tech came and purged the line, Service worked for less than a day, and the original tech identified that I also needed a new expansion tank. Tech's were nice and very friendly. I ended up getting a different local plumber to do the work (just for pricing and timing reasons). Kieth (owner of Mr. Rooter) was nice enough to reach out to me again to understand the difficulties I faced in the crunch to get the system up and going, and he used it as a learning experience for his team. He was friendly, understanding and made right on it billing/cost disparity. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, these guys care about their brand and I am encouraged to use them again. Their around the clock availability and friendly techs are great when your caught in a last minute emergency!!"

"We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."
