He has access to the house through the realtor, so he can let specific people in to go and see there for the estimates. I haven't made a decision yet. He has been responsive to any questions. He had a good rating on Angie's List. He originally told me he would have the quotes to me before the end of the year, but he didn't. He did call me though. He responded, and we corresponded, and he seems to be good, but I don't have enough experience yet. "
