"It was a very good experience. I emailed Mr. Hayes and he responded the very same day. He scheduled a free estimate and arrived at my home within two days of our first contact. He quickly identified the issue with my roof (there were leaks in two places) and we set up a day and time for him to do the work. He told me the estimate and later that day, he emailed me the estimate in an invoice. He fixed my roof exactly when he said he would and did an amazing job! He emailed me my paid invoice the very same day that he completed the work. He was very professional and timely. <br />"

"The job went very well. BHR's team worked every day and showed up when they stated they would be there. We never had any problems with the workers. They were always polite and worked tirelessly. I would highly recommended BHR for any remodeling job large or small. I have used them in my personal home many times and will use BHR again. BHR's prices are very reasonable. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my remodeling."

"I was impressed with Robert's ingenuity and approach to the job. The room turned out better than I expected. <br /> He came in with better ideas than other contractor s. He took the window and door from the existing exterior wall, shifted them to the new room exterior wall and made shelving for pictures on the inside of the old window opening. <br /> He also had the hvac contractor tie into the existing ductwork which resulted in a better and cheaper solution than other options. <br /> He handled this job like it was his own personal residence. I would use Robert's services again and recommend him for your home additions/improvements. <br />"

"The first day install of the walk in door was ok except the door was hinged to open out in the wrong direction. The build of the barn style bay door did not go well and essentially 3 hours after my brother suggested how to attach the plywood on the outside they did so and stopped for the day. When I complained as I considered the men not able to do the job the boss Randy came out on Monday with the same 2 men and claimed that we didn't specify how the door should open and stated that there would be no extra charge to do the build right. We (my brother and I) explained "Old School" side hinged bay doors were built out of wood and not just a metal frame with plywood put only on the outside as they thought. The workmen then went to work building the door as we asked with interior and exterior casing over the metal frame. The owner Randy Tudor had claimed when he was there that he didn't have his notes with so could not say what the price was. When the job was complete he failed to come to get payment and sent a text message indicating the total was 1625.00 for the job. Today, Wednesday after texting back and forth a couple of times he showed up and provided a receipt for the agreed sum of 1200.00 for the job and accepted payment stating he wasn't going to argue the price."

"During a previous visit to my home to remove a yellow jacket hive, Joshua had also determined that there was a honeybee hive in an interior wall of my home. I scheduled a subsequent appointment with him to remove the bees and hive. Using a heat-sensing device and a stethoscope, he was able to determine the precise location of the hive. He removed a section of the drywall where the hive was located and removed the bees with a vacuum with an associated container. Joshua is also a bee keeper so he transfers all honeybees that he removes to one of his hives. <br /> After he removed the bees, he then carefully and completely removed the hive and the honey. He then filled in the space with insulation to decrease the possibility of any future bee hives. Joshua has construction experience so when he has to open a wall to remove a hive, he replaces the drywall and applies the first layer of mud. That leaves any additional layers of mud, sanding, and repainting for the customer. After the drywall and first layer of mud were in place, Joshua then went outside to seal the gap where the bees had originally entered the wall to ensure that no bees could re-enter in the future. <br /> Joshua is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. He is very thorough and leaves the area completely clean. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs to have bees, yellow jackets, hornets, or wasps removed from their home. <br />"
