They did not use pressure techniques to gain our business, only logic and visual assistance to depict problems in regard to our home heating system. They gave us every discount possible, as well as a 0% payment plan at our request. The estimator/service person was personable and showed sincere concern for both our repair and financial situations. The company itself reflected its strong concern for us by scheduling the repairs for the next day, so we did not have to suffer the cold weather forecasted. We also chose to continue our association with them via an HVAC contract for both our heating and air conditioning systems.
