"Very happy with the work that was done. Only problem encountered was the weather. It rained so much in September that what would have taken only 4 days or so to accomplish stretched out to under 2 weeks due to rainouts. The crew that performed the work were punctual, courteous and friendly. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work area and made sure the area was sealed off properly for safety reasons.
No problem whatsoever with the work done or the people involved. Starting with Bob Gray, my first contact with 4-Ever Water-Tite, all the way to the crew, all were very professional and concientious.  I would not hesitate to call 4-Ever Water-Tite again for any waterproofing problems in the future or to refer anyone to them. "Just over a month ago, I contacted two contractors from Angies List. Both replied quickly to my request for a consultation. We were trying to get a desperately needed remodel of my brother's bathroom & front porch repairs! This had to be done before he was released from the hospital...To say this was a rush job would be an understatement! The first contractor Zac, from Design Renovations, met with me and my sister at my brother's home.... Even though Zac appeared quite young,( we're old ),he was obviously extremely knowledgeable. He patiently answered tons of questions from two very stressed out sisters. Zac promised to get back to us quickly with an estimate. Luckily, he and his crew were working on another big project but had some wiggle room while waiting for materials. Fortunately, Zac and owner Rob?s, estimate came back that night and we were relieved that it was well within our budget....We chose to go with Rob and Zac over the other contractor as they were the perfect fit for us! Zac kept in constant contact throughout this project. He gave us a list of everything we needed to choose from Lowes or Home Depot, giving us full rein on design within our budget. We only paid for supplies needed at the beginning of the job and added to an ?escrow account? at Lowes as Zac & crew moved on to the next phase. All in all, it took 16 days exactly to get everything on our list completed. This included a complete demo on bathroom, installing a handicap friendly walk in shower, porch repairs, and a few other small projects...Rob & Zac went over every detail of the work that was done. Even explaining what future upkeep would be required for the tile, etc. The transformation was breathtaking. Our brother?s bathroom now looks like a spa! The repairs made on his front porch made it safe and secure...my brother could safely come home! We were pleased beyond words with Design Renovations work. They came in on budget, kept me updated continuously and left the job site spotless. When our brother came home from the hospital he was speechless! It was far better than he could?ve imagined! He?ll be using Design Renovations for his kitchen remodel in the near future. We highly recommend Rob, Zac and anyone that works for their fantastic company. Bravo men! Five stars!!

"Their team (Logan & Lauren) did a great job on my deck! Even though we had to re-schedule 4 or 5x because of the weather, Logan would call me each week and give me an update on the next scheduled appointment. Once we finally had a clear day, they came out on time and worked way later than I expected to complete the job. Have had many friends & family members compliment the appearance of my deck since. They replaced the valley by interlocking new shingles. They replaced the boot around the chimney and added new shingles around the chimney.They also replaced needed plywood that had rotted out from the water leak. I watched from time to time.  It was a lot of work to be done.  A lot harder than just laying down a new roof. Alot of companies just want to sell you a new roof and not be bothered with doing repairs.

There were three workers. It took two days.They worked in the rain part of one day.Any debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Mr. Collins came to the site several times to check on the work being done.

Initially,I left a voice mail message requesting an estimate.He called back in a couple of days.We set a time for the inspection and he was on time calling ahead to let me know that he was on his way.He inspected the roof and we came to a mutual decision on the work to be done. The price seemed fair and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I had a long list of questions to ask him. He took his time in answering the questions and explained things to me until I fully understood. I felt good about our meeting and did not feel it necessary to get another estimate.The result of all of this was NO Roof Leak
