"Although they provide a time frame for service, frequently they are late or have to re-schedule. When ARS installed my furnace, they provided a humidifier as well. However, the humidifier is not included in the maintenance contract, and any work or filter change on the humidifier is extra. The cost is almost as much as the maintenance contract. They used to answer the phone asking how they could provide exceptional service. No longer do they ask that. Makes sense, because they do not provide exceptional service. Also, the technician seems to want to convince you to buy additional equipment, which may or may not be needed."

"Superior experience from the Service Representative (Ken Q) on down to the Installations Technicians. Ken spent time looking at the A/C unit. We reviewed and he explained in detail why we had to modify the configuration of the unit, what the unit required to replace, costing, and when it could be completed. When Ken left we had a thorough and complete understanding of what our unit required to keep my family cool on these hot summer days. We received follow up calls asking if we had any questions with our price quote, if questions about the Company, technicians, warranty and the type of unit. No pressure to make a decision on repair /purchasing the unit from their Company. Very professional. Prior to the Air Serv installers/technicians showing up the Company called as well as sent an email to detailing the time and who the Company would be sending out to replace our unit.
