"The process was easy and my experience with Mike was great. After being told my computer had a major problem that would require a $250 software repair I decided to get a second problem. I contact Mike on a Sunday morning and my project was solved later that morning. Mike fixed my problem in an hour and it only cost me $85. I would highly recommended Mike to help with any computer issue."

"I sent a text message to Angie's List for a computer tech and Tech Takodah was the 1st one to respond which showed he was about his business. TechTakodah scheduled an appointment for the next day, called when he arrived to ensure his professionalism, and had the logo on his shirt, checked the computer told me the problem, ordered the part to come the next day, installed new hard drive, recovered data and had an awesome attitude."

"He called right away and came out to fix my printer within a few hours of me calling him. Very professional and will call him from time to time for computer repair."

"I was told to call All American Solutions. I did and was connected Mr. Bob Feltman. He is a wonderful, brilliant, and smart man. He was patient with me as he walked me through the steps I needed to do. Because of surgery I just had my mouth area was numb and swollen making it hard for me to speak correctly. Bob was such a love. For 2 1/2 days he diligently worked cleaning up, removing all of the ware's, and trash out of my computer. Then everything had to be reinstalled. I was extremely pleased with his work and knowledge. I would totally recommend All American Solutions to anyone that has a computer problem big or small. To me their price of $99.00 total was most reasonable. Al Newton."

"I purchased this for my Mother.  No issues or concerns and most importantly no complaining about what the computer was doing wrong after the service.

"John did excellent work and took all the necessary time to evaluate and solve the issue with my home office computer."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Excellent service! Open communication about the progress of the repair and went above and beyond to ensure other aspects of the computer were up to date and running well. I can't recommend WGS enough!!"

"Went great! Works much faster than it did even before I messed it up. I have used Chip before and was very pleased with his work. That is why I didn't hesitate to call him again. He is professional, punctual and very honest. Chip knows his stuff and I would recommend him for all your computer needs."
