Chuck never seems have everything to complete the task. Sometimes leaving several times a day to get something he forgot. The final straw was when he started a project and didn't have everything he needed. Which he had two months lead time to plan for. He left after one day with only half the job finished and has NEVER returned to finish the job. We've attempted to reach him via text and phone calls for over a month. We would never recommend him. Terrible service."
