"Great! All exceeding my expectations -- except for one fact: removing the old nails. They had to come back out twice to collect the nails that they "certified" would not be left behind because of their magnetic roller. Though the company, the crew, and the quality were top notch -- the only place they lacked is actually collecting the old nails. BOTH of my neighbors found nails in their own yard, not to mention I am STILL finding nails all around my house -- and this is several months later. All in -- 100% AWESOME job, other than the nail situation. STILL give them an overall A because there were polite, punctual, and professional. Just be prepared for there to be months of nail-collection."

They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted.
