"After the original company that installed the operator didn't show up for over a week, I called JD Griffiths and they came out promptly the next day. The original installer had recommended replacing the opener, but the JD Griffiths service tech evaluated it, found nothing wrong with it except for the severed wire. The wire severed when the door operated because the original installer did not run the line in the proper location and did not secure it. The JD Griffiths tech replaced the wire, cleaned up the installation, lubricated the door mechanisms and was finished promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable."
