"My roof replacement project was difficult from the start as I had cantankerous renters in the house that required me to postpone the project until after the renters moved out in mid-December.  Second, I live in Oklahoma City and my project was in Delafield, Wisconsin.  So I needed a contractor that was willing to hold his price until the spring and one that I could trust to competently handle the entire project while working with me over emails and phone calls.  Cory was just what I needed. "After the original company that installed the operator didn't show up for over a week, I called JD Griffiths and they came out promptly the next day. The original installer had recommended replacing the opener, but the JD Griffiths service tech evaluated it, found nothing wrong with it except for the severed wire. The wire severed when the door operated because the original installer did not run the line in the proper location and did not secure it. The JD Griffiths tech replaced the wire, cleaned up the installation, lubricated the door mechanisms and was finished promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable."
