"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"I had two wall sections with damage that needed to be repaired with new drywall and paint. Vitaly from Apex Design Build did a beautiful job on the walls -- I'm very impressed. I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. I have always been very impressed by how Apex Design Build cleans up everything when they are done working -- and they even took it away with them. Excellent work and in a timely manner for me."

"We were very pleased with the paint job. The painters also replaced rotted wood in numerous places, and completely re-screened the back porch, and installed two brand new screen doors in that back porch. When we added a 4th color, there was no extra charge. The 2-person paint crew (Gabriele and his brother) were very professional and knowledgable, not to mention skillful in painting. Two coats everywhere, and it looks spectacular. My only negative comment is communication between the painters and the home office was sometimes not as good as it could be, but that was a minor issue."

Duane came out and inspected all of the suspected problem areas and offered both short term and long term solutions. After discussing the pros and cons of each, we agreed on the above work. They replaced the roof with 30 year shingle warranty and installed new gutters. They completed the work in a timely manner and it looks very good."
