"Frank and his assistant Colby arrived promptly on schedule and inquired as to my concerns regarding roof leaks. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. "Joe is a bit of a character, but very honest and up front about what will work and what will not. Our old stairs had stucco over plywood on the sides and water had got under the stucco and rotted the plywood and the stairs. Joe advised us that if we re-did the same application, we’d end up with the same result. So, we had the stairs rebuilt and left open underneath. Then Joe repaired the stucco where the stairs met the house and added stucco to the raw block underneath the stairs. His price was very fair and he showed up the very next day to complete the job. I would definitely recommend and would hire him again should I have other stucco repairs needed."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair.
