"Affordable Siding and Windows completed a project on my home in April, 2018, Since that time, I have had one or two issues to come up on different occasions regarding my home and the possible concerns I had with the installation of the siding. Jesse, at my request, came to my home each time to check out those concerns. As it turned out, NONE of those issues had anything to do with the way the vinyl siding was installed. "An estimator came out and gave us a quote Saturday morning for 7 windows facing west on our home. He offered multiple colors of screen. Something they suggested that other companies did not was different protection for the lower versus the bottom. We have windows upstairs that are not covered by a patio, these used the 90% screens. For the bottom windows that still face west but are slightly covered by the patio, they use a 80% to still let more light into the living area inside. I thought this was a great idea. Screens were installed while we were at work 3 days later, estimated completion time was 2 to 7 days based on the weather forecast for that week. I don't blame for not wanting to be on a roof during serve weather. 
The cost was lower than the other 2 estimates I received. I never flt pressured by LSSS like other solar screen companies. 
We will be doing the other side of the house next year and will go back to LSSS without question.

"I found Craftsman On Call through Home Depot?s Red Beacon Program and was impressed with his quick response to my inquiry.  I looked at his website and decided to hire him.  He did a great job replacing two window panes, one of which was large, and even fixed a third while he was there, though we hadn?t discussed it at first!  He even replaced a rotten window ledge that was extra, primed everything, and cleaned up the outside that had been full of glass shards!  Needless to say, I was very happy to get it done, and so quickly.  I?ll definitely have him do more in the near future.  Oh, and he was able to do it all without power or water, as they hadn?t been turned on yet!

Charlie Means came by about a week before the job started. He gave us a sound, itemized estimate, was professional and personable. The quote as all inclusive and he guaranteed his work. He anticipated the job would take two days. His brother Larry runs the paint crew.

Larry and the team of 5 painters showed up about 0800 as planned. They first reviewed the work to be done and gladly took on the extra work offered on the interior fireplace trim and rear storm door, and painting our address fixture over the front entry (no reservations, nothing but "Sure, we can do that!). The exterior was power washed by part of the team while the others set to work on the repairs. They did a great job here, going above the norm in my view to make sure that their fixes last! They did a great job on the painting... I haven't seen any drips or overruns. They are obviously a happy team, joking with each other and driving each other to do a superlative job, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

There were a couple of very pleasant surprises that we did not anticipate... first, we did not get charged for the extra work we requested at the last minute. Second, they finished the two day job in less than one day (they were done, packed, cleaned up by 4PM). This greatly exceeded our expectations!

Charlie and Larry Means (and their team!) are honest, class guys. When they tell you they will do something, it gets done. I will recommend them to anyone for a repair and paint job anytime, anywhere.
