There were several repairs and additions I'm interested in making that aren't dependent on each task. The quote was a summarized total and after more than 4 requests for an itemized quote and to identify the construction materials that would be used, I gave up and searched for other service providers. There was a contract clause that limited the paint colors that could be chosen. Additionally, their contract includes a clause of a $5,000 penalty if you say anything they don't like about them online. I was interested in working with them, if there was appropriate communication and clarity of the work to be performed."
