They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder.
