"I pulled up Angie's List and selected CSR (Complete Service Restoration). Within 30 minutes after contacting CSR, Ron Minando was at our door. Within another 45 minutes Ron's crew arrived. As Julius Caesar said upon landing in Britain, They came, They saw. They conquered. With CSR, They came. They saw. They conquered a smelly, moldy, and disgustingly wet basement. To ensure that water, dirt, and contaminants, were not tracked into our house, they put down a waterproof cloth matting on the main floor, the laundry room and the garage. Working in a quiet professional manner, the crew drained the basement, extracted water from the carpeting and padding, zipped it into watertight plastic bags and disposed of it in a dumpster. They did the same with the wet drywall and some water damaged contents. They moved so quietly and quickly that my wife and I were unaware they brought in very large air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. After removing all the contaminated debris, they sprayed the floor and walls with a plant-based (no toxic chemicals) anti-bacterial agent. By acting quickly, CSR was able to save my wife's hat room and its 300 plus hats Hooray! It took several days to remove mold and dry the basement, but when they finished we had a clean odor-free basement. The men were prompt, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the dangers of a water/mold damaged basement. If needed, I would definitely hire CSR again."

"Arrived on time and were both cordial and professional.  Worked diligently calking around windows and doorwalls (I would suggest that they also calk on top  window frames and doorwalls - those areas seemed to be omitted).  I had large gaps around steel door to garage that they spent extra time replacing door strikes and making adjustments so that the door shut tightly against the newly installed weatherstripping and installed door sweep - tightest the door has been since I had the home built.  They made additional suggestions that would increase the efficiency for energy use, because of the type of work that I do I knew that they were on target with their suggestions and pricing.  I heartily endorse this company.

"This guy Al Hobbs was so nice and great to talk to...
I Had a very old ugly faded large side door awning that prevented me from driving all the way back on the driveway into my garage if the vehicle was a very high SUV or Box truck..I thought it was heavy but it turns out that is was aluminum.... Al's Tool box was just stolen out of the back of his truck while he was at Home Depot so he didn't have the right socket to remove the lag bolts attaching the awning to the house..he was going to make a run the the nearest Hardware store to buy the correct socket....I offered my minuscule collection of ratchet sockets to use ....hopefully not offending Al....he gracefully accepted!!! I had the right socket to complete the project...It took all of 20 minutes...more or less...Next cane the dreaded Shrub Stump...I tried everything trying to cut the root ball and stump out with no success...Al bought his Sawzall and dug up some of the earth(dirt) and cut the complete Stump and Root ball out..he then re-covered the hole with the earth (dirt) 
this took all of 20 minutes more or less...I paid for 2 hours of labor...but it took Al only 40-50 minutes tops...
We spent the next Hour or so just talking and enjoying each others company...I had Al look at a few more projects I'm thinking about having done next spring and he gave me some great prices on the projects and great advice for the projects that he could not do..(which were very few)
Al is a great contractor and his honesty and friendliness is so refreshing....You will not go wrong if you hire Al for ANY project needed!!!

"We are so pleased we decided to hire the crew at MHI Painting. Our house has never looked nicer. All of the workers on the crew were very careful with our property. They power washed the whole house, replaced the bad wood and vents, painted all the trim and shutters and sanded and treated the garage door with an anti-rust product before painting it. Incredibly they were able to complete the whole job in two days. Everyone who came to our home to work was very friendly and polite and they completely cleaned up every day before they left. "Bob came out and talked to me about what needed to happen. Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and even gave some advice on how the sump pump should be adjusted. Bill and PJ came out to do the actual work. Nice guys and wasted no time getting started. Laid down sheets to protect the hardwood floor in the foyer as they came in and out. Bill went above and beyond fixing the rod holes and the sealed cracks look like they'll hold forever. The outside sump discharge line looks great and I now have a clean-out for any future maintenance. Not much in the way of rain lately so won't know if everything sealed until then, but 4-Ever gives a lifetime guarantee so I'm not too worried. What I did learn with this project is that I have an entire wall of rod holes that aren't leaking bad yet, but do show sign of water leakage and will need to be fixed. Once I get the energy, I will tear out all the drywall and not hesitate to call Bob again to have his guys come out and do the rest of the rod holes."

"This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his crew for flooring. Nick was very flexible from the start. My wife and I both work full time and we have young school aged kids so meeting with a contractor during regular business hours was nearly impossible to accomplish. On several occasions before we even officially began the project, Nick came over late after the kids were already in bed to discuss our plans and ideas for what we wanted done and to offer his opinions. We have always been impressed with Nick that he is not pushy or overly “salesy”, we definitely did not feel pressured to start the project until we were ready and convinced it was what we wanted to do. We had about 1,000 sq ft of flooring replaced this time around and it was very nice knowing that Nick and his crew were very conscious about the fact that we have young children and treated our house like their own and made sure there was nothing left that they could have injured themselves on. Heck, they even let our dog out and played with him a little bit each day because he’s not normally in his crate all day. The floors came out beautifully, we are so happy with the finished results. While it was not a cheap project, I believe the labor charged on top of the materials was very fair. I would highly recommend anyone use Nick’s Tile and More because you can truly tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer more than the paycheck."

"Tech showed up at 11:00 and left at 4:00.  Repaired garage overhang, go cart, kitchen sink.  Garage overhang is again falling apart. Batteries were put in backward in go cart. So far, kitchen sink is OK."
