Our text message history (texts from him dated November 3, 2025 and October 24, 2025) proves that he was going to work with me and that he would give me my deposit back. When I officially asked for the deposit back on December 1st, he ignored my attempts to communicate. After a month of unanswered texts and phone calls, I decided to submit this complaint. Essentially, he has ghosted me and went back on his initial promise to return the deposit. The signed contract did not include any provisions about deposits being non-refundable."
