"We had a great experience working with James and his team to install a patio in our backyard. James helped us understand the different available materials and methods for installation, and he was transparent about pricing. He even encouraged us to come to the masonry supply store with him to see the stones in person to make sure we liked what we were getting. James and his team also helped us solve some drainage issues in the backyard, repaired our side stairs and replaced the stucco, and fixed some issues with our front walk. Even when unexpected scenarios came up, they were handled thoughtfully and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and worked really well together. It's very clear James cares a lot about his work, and he wanted us to be happy with the result. Overall everything went faster than I expected and looks beautiful!"

I hired them to remove stone veneer around my foundation that was falling off due to poor workmanship from a prior contractor and then install new stone, as well as install bluestone on my front stoop. "My husband and I contracted Highrize Construction Group (Enea Shira) to remove the old vinyl siding from our house and replace it with White Stucco. We also replaced the roof, facia and gutters. It was a huge job which was a bit intimidating to us as first time homeowners. Enea met with us quite a few times before we booked his company. I called and texted him multiple times throughout the project and he always made himself available and he was on site every day which was a huge comfort. We now have the best looking house on the block. I highly recommend Highrize Construction. Enea is honest, extremely professional and very well versed regarding his field of expertise."

"A tree fell on my house Christmas Day. It broke my PVC fence. I found JLA and they were willing to repair my fence in the dead of winter. They did a great job. Luis noticed I needed cement work repair. I told him I would call in the Spring and I did. Luis and his team, with my approval, gave the house a total and much needed face lift. To give you a sense, all concrete was removed and replaced with pavers, driveway and steps included, driveway walls were repaired, covered in stucco, and topped in bluestone, the stairs were topped in bluestone, the bricks on the house were pointed, the front of the house was refaced with stucco., the awning was removed and replaced, the wrought iron rail was removed and replaced, the entire house was painted, my PVC fence was cleaned, my backyard pavers were cleaned and sealed, my backyard fence was repaired and sealed, my gutters were repaired, my back step was repaired and, if that was not enough, my garage was painted and commercial tile placed on the floor and shelving put on the walls. There were other things that I know I am leaving out but the point is there is nothing that Luis and the team cannot do and they do it so pleasantly. They are hard-working and completely trustworthy. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I get on my home now...and even my garage. It seems like a silly thing but I use the garage to enter my house and it really looked awful before. A friend of my husband's stopped by yesterday and they say men never notice anything...well this one did. He noticed everything we did on the house and he was really impressed. I recommend Luis and the team to you with absolutely no reservations at all. JLA can take care of all you home improvement/repair needs. No need to call anyone else."

"Efficient, effective and did good work and quickly. William came over and discussed everything. Did not waste any of the materials that could be used and replaced my chimney with existing bricks. There was one part I was not happy with and William's crew re did the work to my liking. Would definitely recommend for roof replacement to others."

"I hired MV Masonry to repair a block retaining wall. After speaking to Mike he advised me to build a new one. I received a few other quotes first but went with Mike because he truly seemed like the only honest person I spoke to and he didn’t cut any corners. I know the wall is going to hold up. Mike was incredibly responsive and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He doesn’t just try to quickly smack on a finish coat and call it a day like most of these other contractors and call it a day. I highly recommend him. You don’t find people like him anymore!!"
