"Mr Mike came to my to rental property to do some major carpentry work. From the floors to kitchen and bathroom remodel, he did a great job - this was a time and material job as I did not know how the money flow goes. Every week I had my invoice with supporting documents. Everything was straight forward - he had the crew there, the dumpster , porto-let and all what was needed to start. I even went to check his insurance myself (even though he did had it send from the insurance company), as I do no not trust anybody. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
