"well it was a Sunday call out we where working on a customer hose and broke there hose connection . 225 to come out was all i was told. when i tech gets there litterer 10 min of work and 600.00 was the bill all due to he had to solder a part he did not have a common 1/2 to 3/4 fitting he only has press fittings . feel so taken but had to get my customer repaired "

"The 5 star reviews said honest, efficient and timely. It just rang a bell for me so when I called friday after lunch he (Joel) told me staight up that he was booked on a job in town until mid-week and would not be availible 'til then. I said OK and would call him back. I shut off the water on friday and waited until wednesday. I called back wednesday morning and he said, "Hello George". We worked out a time and his "apprintace" (Daniel) was there right after lunch. A very nice young man. We looked at the situation, I came inside to check the dog then went back outside, Daniel was on the phone with his boss. When he got off he suggested a cheap possible fix. I said let's do it. The pipe was an old one connected to the shed which came down in Katrine, so we cut it off, changed the faucet and that did the trick ! His price was more than reasonable and Joel came by to check it all. Daniel and Joel are great guys and I'd recommend them to anybody ! Can I add a few more stars to this review ?! God bless you guys ! !"

"This was for a full central AC system replacement. Not only was Black Knights the most economical option, but Brian talked with me through the process of what needed to be done and even other quotes that I got to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. The workers were very nice, the job was done very quickly, and the AC is blowing cold. Brian has great customer service and is great to work with. I will be using Black Knights again!"
