Jonathan and Jerson, along wit their architect wrorked very hard to design, budget, and build the almost new addition to our home. And let me tell you it wasn’t easy to satisfy us as we turned out to be tough customers. But we were able to develop a trusting relationship which was a benefit to all. The work was expensive but well worth it (probably more of that goes on us because we wanted what we wanted). We were able to negotiate. Good thing because the job might not have gotten done without that. The quality was also exceptional. In fact it was beyond our expectations. Jerson is a master carpenter, highly skilled in framing and finish work. The masons on their crew were also masters of the stone. They built us a beautiful path leading to our new porch.
