"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"I initially hired them to fix frozen pipes and a broken water meter. They responded quickly to my call even though it was right after a blizzard. They also diagnosed that I had considerably high pressure, 110 in the house and adjusted that accordingly. I also chose to have them install a small heating system in the space under my house to help reduce problems with future pipe freezes. I have an unusual situation where my house is elevated because I am in a flood zone which makes the lower pipes more prone to freezing.
