"Quick response to call for assistance, professional, great work in my opinion. As far as price, I can't really comment because unless you are extremely familiar with plumbing repairs, price of materials, etc., how would you know what is a fair price? If you have used various repair services in general, you might understand what a "ballpark figure or estimate may be. Bottom line for me is rapid service and very good work."

"If you are wanting a trustworthy, professional, friendly and efficient crew to enter your home, Chris and Steve are the "Go To" gentlemen!!!! My initial request was for repair but with their knowledge and honest advisement, we are now enjoying a brand new, worrying free, 12 years warranty unit and the best part is, the Kung Fu Air team assured me that they would be available anytime, if further problems arise and to just call!!!! And their return calls or texts do not take days, returned within the hour. Additionally, quality workmanship, explanations along the way to make sure we understood what was being done . . . This company renews my trust and faith that there are people who take pride in their work and want the best for their customer(s). Blessings and gratitude to Chris and Steve who have provided cool, worry free comfort for us!!!! WE LOVE OUR NEW UNIT!!!!!! HIRE THEM!!!!!! YOU WON'T REGRET DOING SO!!!!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
