"We have been having challenges on one of our Freezer units. Jeff from MM provided a lot of useful information on the phone even prior to coming on site to help understand our options. The repair visit was scheduled promptly, followed up with a confirmation text prior to the visit and the technician arrived on time as planed. Wile our unit ultimately could not be repaired the diagnoses and recommendations as to how to proceed were done professionally and with the customer in mind. We have many compressors on our property will definitely use MM to service and maintain all of them going forward."

"Replaced fan motor, thoroughly cleaned and serviced the furnace unit. Prompt & efficient, made good recommendations, and set me up with a reasonably-priced annual cleaning & maintenance plan for both the furnace and the central air unit. Overall very pleased, and will continue to do business with Sila in the future."

"Project: HVAC Systems Check-up, Preventive Maintenance & Repair Arrived earlier than expected; both Technicians were courteous and very professional. Explained what needed to be repaired/replaced in the Central Air compressor and answered all of my questions in easy-to-understand manner. Both Technicians were proficient as well as efficient. I personally would recommend DESMOND HEATING & COOLING SOLUTIONS to my neighbors, family and friends needing expert help with HVAC maintenance issues or problems. WELL, DONE! THANKS, ANGI ..."

"He was wonderful, knowledgeable, patient in answering questions!!! I would have this guy and company back in a heartbeat for an emergency situation and wait for 2 weeks for regular repairs or requests they are that good!!!!"

"Highly recommended. They repaired many corroding joints in my plumbing system and ran plastic lines to and installed 4 toilets I supplied. They did a great job, were friendly and very easy to deal with. They gave me an estimate on the job I wanted to have done without trying to sell me other products or services. The whole job was done in a morning. I expected it to take longer. They are very reasonable and I will definitely use them again when I need plumbing work done."

"Above average communication, promptness, and keeping appointment. Plumber listened, planned the work, informed what company does or does not do, and was thorough (rather than assuming one problem and leaving others). He shows respect to you and your space - including wearing slip-over booties to avoid soiling the floors. Dave gave the smoothest repair experience I have ever had, and I had several."

"Very polite, on time, very understandable. He went straight to the problem once I told him my problem with my central air."

"They were really good. They trustworthy, dependable provides excellent service, punctual, on time and considerate. I recommend them highly. Their prices were fair and they were quick."

"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

"excellent work and service very clean when finished with the repairs"
