We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. "Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

Wayne was great to talk to on the phone and Lamar â the tech who replaced my old, decrepit, leaking utility sink in the basement â was very good, knowledgeable and didn't mind all my questions. So far the new sink is working splendidly. My washing machine empties into that sink, and I was so happy after Lamar left that I did two big loads of laundry and there was no leaking. No more bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water! Hooray!"
