"Overall, it was an excellent experience. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what had been done incorrectly the last time the roof was replaced, and the steps that would be taken to remedy the situation. The estimate appointment lasted about an hour between examining the roof and reviewing the products / answering any questions we had. We appreciated that it wasn't a 2.5 hour song and dance like other roofing companies had done. The estimate was not the lowest we received (nor the highest), but was within reason, and we got what we paid for- in this case, a professional, efficient installation with an excellent warranty. Installation took one day. When we brought a minor issue with one of the vents to their attention a few weeks later, they came out the next day to fix it. I recommend this company."

There was some back and forth in finding the appropriate tank, but the salesperson and technicians were very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. He and his assistant worked diligently removing the old filthy heat pump equipment, and then very skillfully with great attention to detail, installed our new heat pump system. Greg made sure we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job, and made himself available for any possible future questions or concerns. His manners are impeccable.
