"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

"I will certainly be using Zoom Drain again. Chris listened intently to what we'd experienced in the past, understood exactly what was required and then explained everything that he was going to do beforehand, answering all questions that I fired his way. Then the work was undertaken which was a jet washing of the line followed by a video recording of the results. To be fair, it took longer than we all expected but we've never had any maintenance on these 50 year old pipes. All in all, it took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half to get the pipe cleared. It was a little messy, but Chris immediately cleaned everything up and ensured that there was no trace of him being there after he left (other than the drain now no longer backs up!) The video was emailed to me, along with a recommendation and quote of having the pipes descaled: but this was a suggestion that was made in order to keep the pipes maintained, there was no pushy sales tactics to it (which I personally despise). All in all my experience with Zoom Drain was nothing less than 100% completely professional, with a sought after personal experience of the technicians that we encountered.
