"Superb service by Relax Air!! I contacted Kamal for a second opinion after a different HVAC company quoted me a very large number for repair of capacitor and fan motor. My home in Ashburn is rented out and my tenants needed AC quickly. Kamal was extremely knowledgeable, polite, caring and professional. He came out the same day to repair the unit. His honesty is greatly appreciated. He discovered that there was nothing wrong with my fan motor (!!) and only my capacitor needed replacing. "1 crew dropped off the materials and the installation crew showed up an hour later (on time). There were two men that completed the entire new AC and Heating installation. Took them well past sun down, but they only ever left one time for lunch and stayed until the project was completed (about 930-10PM). They installed the new thermostat and took time to go over how to use it/set it and gave some tips on best practices. Very helpful. They cleaned up the entire project area once done and allowed me time to inspect the site before leaving. Excellent job. Only one (minor) mark against them was the removed the fence on the side of the house closest the the AC unit without ever asking permission to do so. They did, however, reinstall the fence once completed and the fence is as sturdy as it was before the removal. I get why they did it as well, but asking would have been preferred before doing so. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family and to you the reader."

"The night before my biannual HVAC check up, I found my basement had some flooding. I have been working with Appleton Campbell for a YEAR and the experiences have been unwanted but exceptional. No one wants to have their sump pump die, but mine did this week. Today Ethan and David came by to check on the new furnace and airconditiong system I had installed last year. THANK GOD they came today. It was a rescheduled visit, but I found out my basement had flooded a bit. I had my HVAC unit inspected and now they are installing a new sump pump Monday. I was hoping Appleton and Campbell could provide guidance as to what was happening and who to call to fix it. They are doing everything. Last year I was purchasing my Mom's house as she had passed away. A week before closing the HVAC unit went out. They came out and a day later I had a team of people replacing the system. I have natural gas and pay a monthly fee instead of paying a huge amount the months usage spikes. This new HVAC system is so efficient that I had 4.5 months where I didn't have to pay a bill because I ended up with a large credit."

"Everyone is very experienced at their job and knows what they are doing. This made the whole process very smooth, from interactions over the phone with Danny and the receptionist, estimates and troubleshooting with John, and day-of install with Diego. And most importantly, the actual install of the HVAC equipment was very neat, tidy, and professional. Everything is level and lines up together, seams are sealed, wiring and piping is all neatly routed. A quality install matters more than what brand you choose, and these guys do a great job. I also want to mention that they continued working hard despite how it not only poured rain the day of my install, but the power also went out and they had to work in the dark for a little while."
