"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Tech quickly diagnosed issue and completed repair. Extremely happy with the service. Would highly recommend and use again when needed."

"The repairman set up an appointment quickly after I contacted Angi and.came the next day. He efficiently cleaned the burners only gas range. He was polite and professional. Thank you, Angi!"

"George was great. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My only complaint was with scheduling. The appointment function on the Home Advisor site is useless. The scheduler at Mr. Appliance was not aware of the first appointment or the second one after rescheduling the first one. We finally got it worked out and the repair was perfect."

"Fantastic job! Tommy was friendly and courteous. He performed his job with the utmost professionalism. He cleaned up and disinfected the area where he cleaned out or mainline. He also cleaned the continuous drain line and 2 downspouts. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I already have!!"

"He was excellent from the time he called me an then repaired the item, I will definitely refer him to anyone that needs appliances fixes."

"I was pleasantly surprised when Paul and his associate provided me with much needed same day service on a Sunday right before a holiday. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very friendly. He did not cut any corners and provided top quality service to the point of thoroughly inspecting my appliance and ridding it of any safety hazards (excess lint, etc...). He even helped with troubleshooting some dryer vent concerns I had. I was truly impressed with his work ethic and genuine concern for the customer. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and will definitely keep him on the top of my list for any future service needs!"

"Clive is a true professional, and I would highly recommend him! Due to a prior letdown from another contractor (Central Ohio Plumbing Services, or COPS), Clive came to my house on a Saturday. He took measurements to install a gas stove hookup, and
provided an estimate to do the job. His estimate was the actual cost after the work had been completed. He was always on time with
appointments, and the job was completed successfully. He even took the time to make certain that all of the burners on the stove worked, as well as the oven.

"Jeff came out right away when we called for service.  He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed his estimate.  Several other companies that we contacted were trying to convince us that we needed to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system.  Jeff advised that we make the repair instead of replace the unit because he believed that the unit was fine other than the faulty part.  We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something that we really didn't need.
He ordered the part which was under warranty.  The manufacturer was going to charge for freight on the part, but Jeff convinced them that since the part was under warranty, we should not have to pay an extra charge for the freight.  He ordered the part, scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived, and completed the job to our satisfaction."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"
