Larry and Augie were absolute gentlemen, talented and skillful, and the job was cleaned up every day before they left. They arrived on time, took their lunches and breaks nearly to the minute and kept me informed every day of what was happening. The family room remodel will be completed next week when the bar top is installed and this job went exactly the same as the bathroom. Tommy and Eddie were also complete gentlemen and also very skillful and creative because in this old home creativity was a necessity to overcome some obstacles. "We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

"Steve Gavin, the owner came out and provided me with a great price that was inclusive of the entire scope of the project. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"

"Choose a professional establishment. Day 1: They broke a water line and left it spraying all over the joists and dripping from them. Crew left didn't say a word had no idea there was a problem until I turned on the kitchen sink. I had to go purchase the cap and cut the line to fix. Day 3: They broke the Refrigerators water line and it leaked out onto the floor or I would of never known. Then, I had to buy a new waterline for my fridge and replace it and of course the new line was larger. Day 5 and beyond: They came to fix stuff but never finished the job. I finished the work they left undone including buying elbows, piping and other parts and pieces. Additionally, they ran the drainage from the AC into the drain tile. Which is 50+ feet of linear tubbing away from the sump pump, so water will be sitting in the crawl space all summer. They never paid me for my labor or a single part or piece I had to purchase to fix their mistakes. The best thing was Easter when the sun came out and my family went outside and found all the cigarette butts in the grass and the mulch. Do yourself a favor and go with professional establishment I know I will."

Ray Kluth listened to everything we wanted done on our initial walkthrough and then sent us a quote, broke down by room detailing everything that was to be done. We had received two other quotes and none of them provided this much detail. Ray was not the lowest bid, however Ray's expertise and crew size won them the job. The job took 5 days. The crew was fantastic with covering our hardwood floors and furniture. The dry wall repairs on the ceilings that were done are invisible! The painting job on the walls and cathedral ceilings is perfect! Even the wood trim repair in a skylight well looks beautiful. The crew was professional and definitely took pride in their work. They replaced all our furniture and cleaned up our floors and woodwork. At the end of the job, we did a walkthrough with Ray and pointed out a couple of spots which were immediately fixed.
