"The boiler was fairly new, but had never been serviced. The workman came on Saturday in response to an emergency call, and fixed the boiler as well as performed basic maintenance which badly needed to be done. He didn't bleed the radiators, so I will be contacting the company to make arrangements to have that techs do this as well. I would consider relying on Vitt's for routine maintenance of our heating system, as well as replacement of our water heater."

He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. I paid $170 plus the $30 promotion through Angie's List. I saved over $500 compared with the plumber that I had previously planned on using. I had a small connection problem on the water heater. I contacted the owner and he arrived at my house a couple hours later, 8:00 pm. I was completely satisfied and plan on using Froggy's in the future.

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."

It went excellent.  We have used Spenglers in the past for a complete Water Heater replacement, their office staff are spot on, their field techs are professional, personable and knowledgeable.  They arrived on time, I was notified by the office when they were on the way, they made their scheduled arrival, and the entire job took less than 4 hours.  The quality of materials is outstanding, the lines were all soldered in without any leaks, and the technician even took the time to show me how the new faucet could be tightened if leaks appear later on.  This job is now two months complete and I have no leaks, and I can (finally) wash the cars and water the front flower beds without hauling hose or buckets.  Awesome job for the Spengler's team!
