"I received a high water bill after an extended period away from home and called Palm Springs Plumbing and Septic to assess my water system for leaks. David Duran responded the same day and identified a leak between the meter and the house. David and Dalton replaced the service line to the house within 48 hours and solved our problem. Palm Springs gave me excellent and timely service, kept me updated as to what they were doing, the timeframe to complete the job and offered a reasonable price for the work to be done. "Fortune Plumbing was great! They responded to our call and were able to come out the next day to look at what we needed and provide an estimate. The technician, Ian, was very friendlly, extremely professional, polite, and informative. "After a pipe burst a couple weeks ago we decided it was high time to replace the defective polyurethane pipe. Justin and crew came highly recommended. They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! They pointed out (this is a rental property now for us and we are not there often) the washing machine hose was old and frail - they took care of that too....love this kind of eye for detail!"

"Tommy Lee was the perfect mix of professional and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went as far as to pop the water bubble that our leak caused (in 30 degree weather). We called pretty late in the day so we just assumed he wouldn't come until the morning but we were pleasantly surprised to have him call us to tell us he was on his way. The estimate was free so he checked under the house and gave us an accurate estimate within 20 minutes. The job was done fairly quickly and he had us laughing the whole time. 10/10 would recommend and hire again! Thank you Quality 1st Plumbing!"
