"Kane and Scott arrived on the planned day and completed our work in four hours. They were a half hour late from the planned start time, but Kane communicated to me that morning the delayed start time. We had two ceiling fans and two wall sconces, with switches, installed. Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. "Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
