"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. They cleaned a very dirty, long and twisty duct expertly and thoroughly, as well as the interior ducts in the dryer. They suggested a replacement of a section of ducting that was crushed and in bad repair, they didnâ t push the point but suggested it for next time, but I asked them to do it then, which they did and the extra charge was very reasonable."
