"We called rapid repairs about our broken water heater.  Elly came over and quoted us a price that was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we called.  After we agreed on the price, Elly went to work.  By that afternoon we had wonderful hot water again."

"He's totally friendly, polite, reliable, did everything that he promised to do. The work was good and everyone complements us on it."

"The work was done as promised. The workers were pleasant, skilled and neat. Andrea was on the job each day to set up the work with his foreman (Raffy) and was immediately available with any issue that arose. Each day the team left my home as clean as possible. I was kept informed throughout the process and my need to access key areas of the kitchen and the bathrooms was factored into the job. I would highly recommend this firm."

"Pat and his crew are fantastic. Priced very fairly, and they stuck by their commitment to do what it took to get everything just the way we wanted. For example when a certain tiling scheme (of my wife's choosing) didn't really work out, they removed the tiling and redid it, no haggling over the added work. There were countless little examples of this commitment. they even stuck by us through a prolonged delay caused by a faulty/poorly constructed "high end" vanity that needed to be replaced. His crew even noticed and repaired a torn up and clogged up dryer vent that, as first time homeowners, we didn't even know we had to inspect. They fixed it up, and cleaned it out, free of charge. Honestly could very well have been a life saving catch- it was a total fire hazard that they noticed and repaired. Can't sing their praises enough. Workmanship is gorgeous, and the feedback and advice they offered through the process elevated the final job even further. In fact, one of our neighbors just hired them to do their 2 bathrooms, after meeting Pat and seeing the handiwork."

"Gene and his team were great to work with! Extremely professional and pleasant every day on the job. Gene is extremely responsive which we loved - if he says he will be there, he is there. He answers every call, text, and email. We never had to follow up or call twice, he was on top of everything. We highly recommend him and would use him again!"

"Professional, quick with a good price . Replaced my water hater I switched from gas to a hybrid electric heat pump rheem brand 80 gallon, full maintenance in the boiler and installed a mop sink with a commercial pump in the basement . Good work"

"We were most impressed with Mark's efficiency, expertise and the ease with which he explained how the problem occurred, our options, and how to maintain an optimal system going forward. He also let us know we could call him anytime with any issue or question. We don't remember the last time we got such excellent service and recommend him highly!"

"After using just about every local plumber -- with various degrees of success and satisfaction -- while living in our house for over 40 years, we were referred to Pride Plumbing by a water damage company after a leak was detected in our living room ceiling. Within days, we received an on-site inspection and written estimate of the work that was needed to be done to a radiator and pipe leading down to the ceiling. We were expecting a large family gathering for Thanksgiving in a matter of days and needed the ceiling repaired quickly. Pride worked magic with their scheduling and was able to complete the job -- expertly and efficiently -- just in the nick of time. The team couldn't have been nicer, friendlier, or more professional. Pride Plumbing now has a customer for life!"
