Come to find out, it was electrical like we originally thought. He should have traced the issue before he went in and installed the new heater. UPDATE (08/13/2015): I think it was more of a misunderstanding of how much electrical work he is able to do vs. what needed to be done. He is not an electrician. Once we spoke we were able to get a much better understanding of the issue."

A few of the items were outside the scope of the coupon, requiring a bit more time and were better quoted separately which I understood perfectly. The were very nice, professional, took pride in their work and didn't attempt anything they may have damaged my home. For example, I had to replace a defective bathroom faucet installed around tile. They explained that although it was a relatively simple job, they would not be able to do it because of the grout around the screw that would require some time to carefully remove. As it is, they will need to come back to do some other work pending an estimate for the work. (installing a dishwasher and replacing wood rot around the garage door. All in all, very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them."
