"Charles came out about 1.5 hours after being called on a Sunday. He was very professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing our non-working a/c system. I never felt pressured to purchase anything that was not required. He was professional and personable and offered us tips to save money in the future. I felt he was very honest with us and when he left the a/c was working as good as new. My only complaint concerns pricing. Each customer can decide for themselves if their prices are acceptable. Specifics are...the capacitor was replaced at a cost of $214 including installation which took 15 minutes. The amazon price for the part was about $20. Two fuses were replaced at a cost of $184 and took 5 minutes to install. I am sure the amazon price was much less. 1 lb of r22 freon was added in 10 minutes at a cost of $100. The coils were hose cleaned without additional charges. Another capacitor was checked and found to be within specs and there was no charge. My total bill was $498. Charles was here about 1 hour. I thought it was high but the work definately needed to be done and they were prompt so we authorized it and paid when the work was done. Again, I feel they were honest and none of the charges were a surprise because I was told the cost before work was completed. I would use this honest, prompt, and competent contractor again. I am sure less honest repair people would have suggested work that would have cost more than I paid to have the job done right and only fix the things that really needed fixing. "I couldn't recommend this company any higher.  I called Kyle while he was enroute to another job and he was able to get to my house within a few hours.  He was very professional and friendly, and efficiently removed the old heater and installed the new one.  While he was performing this he also saw that my water softener's drain wasn't set up correctly and fixed that for me.  He also trouble shot and fixed a back faucet that had been leaking from multiple locations.  I will use Kyle and his company for any plumbing issues in the future.

"On December 23, 2019, my wife used Angies List to look for a plumber. Every couple of years our kitchen sink starts to drain slowly and we call a plumber and have it cleaned out with a snake. The clog is usually found to be a grease ball. My wife and I live in a nice house in Peccole Ranch but we are not wealthy. My wife is 76 and we live on a fixed income. Unfortunately, I was not at home when the plumber showed up. Had I been home, once he provided his estimate of $ 490.00 to clean out our kitchen line, I would have showed him the door and checked with someone else. My wife eventually accepted and paid a fee of $ 350 for the service. Th plumber that showed up told my wife he was using a new kind of snake and once he was done she would not have any problems with this drain for 10 years. That claim is of course ridiculous and false. There is no way to know or guarantee any such thing. He also told my wife that the work was guaranteed for 1 year but there is nothing in writing to back that up. Needless to say, I am very unhappy. $ 350.00 is too high a price to charge for this service. I want Angies List to contact this vendor, express my dissatisfaction and ask the plumber to refund $ 150.00 of what my wife paid. A $ 200.00 charge for this service would be reasonable. Update: I felt that a $ 350.00 charge was excessive for a drain clean out. I contacted the company and they are issuing a refund of $ 149.00. That is fair and a good response."

"Called several plumbers and received a couple of quotes. Made an appointment with Plumbing Kings to come out to give a free estimate, which turned out to be a couple of hundred less than the others we had received. They scheduled to return the next morning at 10:00 am to make the repair. Started to become concerned when we received call to let us know that he would be late. Tyler did promise to fix the problem that day, so that put us at ease. The ground had to be dug up and a special tool was needed so the owner Steve came out with the tool and helped to complete the job. They went above and beyond with the work that they did and never suggested that we would need to pay more. These guys are hard working and honest. We would definitely use their services again."
