"I have Denny fo these 2 pieces about 10 yrs ago. The stuffing was coming thru the arms and the cats were playing with it. I decided it was time to get them done again. I was going on vacation at the end of April so it was decided to have the pieces dropped off the Sunday before. I had the fabrics that was ordered sent to them and left everything in their capable hands. While I was gone, they sent me pics and what a difference!! These 2 are the eye catchers of my living room. "Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions. The cost of repairing my 6 pieces of mid-century furniture was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that they did. I couldn't be happier with the repairs. "The quality of their work was excellent. The price was fair. Unfortunately they did not keep their word about repair time and I was forced to call them repeatedly to get my furniture back. Initially they quoted 2-3 weeks. I called them in the 4th week to ask when they would finish and was told the table leg was done but not the table top and would take 2-3 more days. I called them again after another week went by and now could only get a cellphone voicemail. I left 3 messages total on their cellphone voicemail, none of which were returned. After leaving my last voicemail, I suspected they were deliberately avoiding talking to me, so I called again right away from a different phone. They answered immediately. Guess what? They delivered my furniture in 2 hours after that last call. Never at any point was I rude to them - I just wanted my furniture back. Solid workmanship marred by terrible service."
