"Our gas water heater failed on Super Bowl Sunday. I got on-line looking for a repair. After reading their 5 star reviews I called. To my surprise I received a call the same hour, made an appointment for Monday morning 9am. They showed up, on time, gave me a reasonable quote. They took out the old equipment, installed a highly rated unit and were gone within 3 hours. The unit came with a 6 year warranty but they added free labor to the warranty. Very happy with their service"

"Expert plumber Terry came to our home to repair what I thought might be a couple of faulty toilet tank valves and a leaky hose bib. As things turned out, both toilet needed replacing, along with the backyard hose bib and pipe. Terry did an excellent job, answering all my questions. His work was speedy, meticulous, and thorough. All his explanations were easy to understand, including estimates and billing. I also appreciated his courtesy, conscientious attention to detail, and his good cheer! By the way, I needed an emergency sewer pipe repair shortly after moving into our current home in 2017 (of course this happened on a weekend). I called All About Plumbing, and they came promptly to repair the pipe. It's very gratifying to know this company's service is just as outstanding today as it was 7 years ago. "the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful, nice courteous and I assumed he was the plumber that was coming; toilet was installed crooked the (tank portion of it), the contractor charged 100 dollars more than quoted on the phone due to a part needed from the local hardware store, contractor was cordial and not very friendly, the contractor was making excuses for it being crooked. I did not give approval for that. "
