Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is.
