"Chance was great. He installed our 3-stage water filtration system (US Water sediment, carbon, and Pulsar UV) with an existing softener, a new water heater, and fixed two shower leaks (one drain, one valve). In all of these, he efficiently evaluated each system and made the necessary updates. This was working with a plumbing system originally installed in the 1980s. Fair pricing, and very professional. We highly recommend him."

"My water heater had been out all weekend and I was very concerned about finding a trustworthy plumber, as none of my friends could recommend one! I found Dennis on Home Advisor and based on the 5 star reviews, I called. Dennis responded to my request for service right away. He came the same day and worked efficiently to fix the problem. He charged a very reasonable amount. I was so happy and relieved! I will definitely call him in the future if I have more plumbing issues! A reliable and trustworthy person is a real find! Thank you Dennis!"

"Excellent job. Very helpful coordinating with City Utilities to get water turned off to repair and then back on. Price was very reasonable."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Juan Ortiz did a great job. He first tried to get the original system up and running and did . He gave me suggestions about continuing to keep the old system running. As I did the math, my old system was not efficient, nor could it supply the demand to regulate temperatures in my home. Juan fabricated, and quoted me very reasonably and stayed within budget and a little under due to his time less than expected. Very honest trustworthy. Juan Communicated very well as he found more issues the further he dug in to my ductwork. He address them and was very reasonable with his price due to him already being there on the job. Juan noticed other leaks in my plumbing, addressed them with me and fix them as he worked.I would definitely recommend J&R cooling."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I replaced a shower & sink faucet. I called for an estimate & was told they would need to see the project to give a price. Was NOT told an estimate was $49 until the tech asked for payment. That should have been stated up front. The work was VERY expensive & there were complicating factors, but subsequent research showed I overpaid significantly. I was also strongly discouraged from using a faucet I provided, as they wanted to sell me on of theirs, (which of course would benefit them.) I would recommend this provider with reservations . The work was done properly & on time, but the prices are well above normal for this area."

"Was a very good experience. Came earlier than scheduled but that was perfectly fine considering I needed hot water! Greg was very knowledgeable, helpful and quick. He did what was needed to be done and answered my questions.. The total cost was very close to the estimate given on the phone as well. I would definitely recommend Kevin's to anyone who needed servicing in these areas."
