"I thought I needed to replace my water heater. When I called Don had me trouble shoot several things and it turned out that his suggestions corrected the current situation even though my water heater is 22 years old. His personal service was so friendly that I will definitely use Super Handy Man when this old unit does go out"

"I needed to replace my parents' 40 year old AC Condenser and coil, and replace it with something that worked with the new furnace my father got installed four years prior. They were able to do the work requested, and also offered to redo the furance installation as the previous company installed it right on the basement floor where any backup/water could possibly get into the system. They were very prompt and showed up on time/on schedule. They were very upfront about costs and pricing and there were no last-minute price changes or hidden fees, which I appreciate. Work was done well and they ensured that everything worked before leaving the job site. The gentlemen working were very professional and understanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their HVAC or to correct work that was previously poorly done."

"Remove electric water heater and install a new high efficiency gas water heater."

"Noah did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong with my water heater. I appreciated him reviewing all about the new water heater. A very pleasant experience."

"We hired Master Remodel & Construction after our master bathroom, kitchen and garage suffered major water damage after an interior flood caused by an overflowing toilet. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. We recommend Master Remodel & Construction with pleasure."

"All was good with the service. Friendly and fast"

"Great! Mike was prompt, friendly, courteous. He was very thorough and pointed out some things including how old and decrepit and DANGEROUS my water heater was. That was something that has been in the back of my mind for a while. I knew it was way past it’s reasonable life, and I’m glad it’s made it this far, but I didn’t realize how dangerous it had become, so I’m thankful that he checked it and let me know. And he got an appointment for a replacement sooner than I’d have been able to get it if I had just called in. Very happy with the service."

"The service provider appropriately diagnosed the problem timely and offered acceptable repair options. The company was extremely responsive with the initial service call as well as with the follow-up repair. I would definitely recommend their services to others."
