Within a day, Trend Mechanics looked for new Unit, bought it, installed, and filed extended warranty for up to 10 years with the manufacturer. Parts and labors were also guaranteed up to 1 year. We're happy with the price and the services performed at our home. We would use them again next time. Thanks."

"The company arrived on time with a call prior to their arrival.  The work was explained to me.  While talking about the service they mentioned that they would provide the service for one system and not the whole house (which the discount stated)  We worked out a deal that both sides agreed too.  The work that was performed was very good and thorough.  One thing to watch out for, is to verify what a whole consists of.  One or Two unit systems.

"After checking the reviews here, we called AAA Basement Waterproofing to inquire about a crawl space that was getting wet. We talked to Donna & she scheduled an appointment for Jeff to come out & give us an estimate. 
Jeff showed up right on time & proceeded to check out our crawl space for water damage. After he surveyed the inside & outside areas, he gave us idea's on how we could fix the problem ourselves. He pointed out several things that we could do, such as grading behind the house & redirecting  our downspouts from our eaves troughs. He told us exactly the kind of PVC pipe that we needed to run a drain from the corner of the crawl space. On top of all that, he gave us printed instructions, with a list of needed supplies, on completing the job from start to finish, saving us a lot of money. Jeff is a very honest man! I would highly recommend this company & would not hesitate to use their services in the future. The reviews on Angie's List speak for themselves.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"This was not the job I expected. It initially took more than 50 calls to get the company to fix an appointment, and then it was only when I had complained by email that I got a response. The guy arrived earlier than scheduled and complained about having to work in attics on a hot day. As we already had a ceiling fan which had stopped working it should have been a simple task to replace it. That part was fine but the replacement is a flimsy article which is not powerful at all and is not doing the job intended. This was an expensive mistake. A request to the company for comment has brought nil response. Not recommended as this was an expensive mistake.
